EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We’ve extended our return policy during the holiday shopping season. For KVDBeauty.com items purchased through December 31, 2023, we offer free returns within 60 days. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on KVDBeauty.com for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR U.S. ORDERS

1. Please visit our returns center here to indicate which item you would like to return and the reason for each return. Please note you must select all items you would like to return; additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund.
2. Pack the item(s) you'd like to return in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.
3. Attach the prepaid return label to the front of the package. Mail your return package via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
4. Look out for an email confirmation—we'll let you know when your return is received and processed!
